For us, talent management should be about ensuring the attraction and fostering of learning and performance throughout the organization. For this purpose, we have developed Talent Growth Design®, a transformation curriculum for the redesign of talent management. We have combined and further developed the appropriate models from different disciplines such as systemic consulting, design thinking, strategic management, among others. Our approach is designed to create new frameworks for organizations so that employees can find their place in the company in a more self-determined way and fully develop and use their talents and competencies.
