The Talent Growth Design™ certification program by talentturbine is an open higher education program for executives, HR managers, management consultants and founders who are willing to learn. The goal of the education program is to provide the necessary skills to implement unique employee journeys that unfold the potential of the employees. As a participant, you will receive comprehensive insights into methods, helpful tips for implementation and you will be supported to drive your own projects forward in interactive workshops. The program is conducted in a blended learning format and consists of a mix of classroom sessions, e-learning courses, and supervision. The 5 presence modules are spread over 10 training days over half a year and take place in Stuttgart.

The next Talent Growth Design™ certification program starts in October 2020. All information on the dates and logistics will be published by the end of June.

Investment: 4,600 € plus VAT

This includes catering at the trainings, all programme materials and the Talent Growth Design™ Box.
